Agreed! So trot on down there and make them fire the miscreants! Surely if the BOD is competent, and most of all, aboveboard, they recognize this problem. The fact they haven't acted yet in firing these clowns can only be b/c you haven't done that. Right?

That's the only possible reason, huh?
