As always, thank you for your comment.

Since "quiet periods" require companies to refrain from promotional activities, the effect can create a disconnect between reality and things imagined. The reality of things is closer to our CFO's recent purchase of WM stock.

One more mention: The SEC both approved the S-1 and asked us to incorporate the most recent quarter into it.
