DB I think you nailed it right on the head! Yes is it embarrassing for Cantor and did it probably take momentum off the deal to start? yes! and would we all rather have everything go prefect? of course! look most of us never thought this would go from a pink to NYSE MKT, I mean we knew we had something here but this is all going bigger than we thought so I have no problem absorbing a few bumps as most times I have hit on a deal they never ever go smooth. Perfect example, Facebook ipo was a disaster from the nasdaq to the underwriter everyone messed that up and everyone ran for the hills but the few or shall at this point say many saw the business model and knew after the dust settled it would go higher and jeez did it. I bought some in the high 20's and still own it. Im not saying CVSL and Facebook are the same but things happen in a process that are very recoverable. Point is most of us didnt buy CVSL for the IPO but to see if management can pull off the model and have this at a Billion plus in Rev via acquisition in the next 12 to 24 months. The IPO up or down for me atleast doesnt hold all the weight but rather getting uplisted so CVSL is a more attractive company that other larger companies want to be a part of. I have yet to see anything that has told me that is no longer possible so we wait and see what happens next.
