Edited: CPST price still in complete consolidation; Short, Intermediate and Long Term, with high volatility today and yesterday . This means that the price swings are getting smaller, heading towards some neutral point.
There are less gains to be made trading, so big money, Hedge Funds and Institutional traders, change the momo, possibly after such a large retrace from a previous high.
Because of increasingly tighter swings in price and less gains by trading, complete consolidation indicates a move is near; up or down.
Yesterday's and today's volatilities are high, with 10, 20 and 40 day Volatility decreasing.
