It is the failings and inaction of the CEO and management that have led to this current state of affairs.

I strongly suggest to the BOD to get rid of ineffective, unscrupulous people in the company, and get in capable people who would work for shareholder's benefit for a change!

I reiterate that Indy's words, while they may have encouraged investors to hold on or invest more than they would have, or caused the current management to stay for another 2 years (I wasn't here when that vote took place), he ultimately is not responsible for the utter failure of this management to deliver. In my opinion, GE may have manipulated several people with his lies regarding the company's potentials and even in terms of upcoming orders.

He really should be made to leave. A change of leadership would be a breath of fresh air to oxygen starved shareholders.
