I think today is the day. Actual date was most likely over the weekend, but would carry over to next business day, which would be today.

If not filed by end of the day, I think we would see the Yield sign back up on OTCmarkets. IMO, this would not translate well to shareholders/investors, especially in light of all that has transpired recently.

Big wait after this one, as the next filing would be the annual, and that is not due until 90 days after last date, so, end of March for the next.

Let's hope we see a filing before open tomorrow, and that we maintain the Pink status on OTCmarkets.
