One MM on the bid side...not a good sign, IMO. Is this slipping into grey market territory?

Conspiracy theory...
May and his cronies get their company "acquired" by TEXC then May gets a divi payment for his preferred shares. Everyone skips town. Is it too far off? Has it all been a scam?
