We all prefer a small share structure. What exactly is their plan for paying off the debt? Issuing stock via convertibles or borrowing money from someone else and paying off the convertibles?
They act like they have financing to pay off convertibles, yet every friday we see how many shares were issued to dilute us.

If you could explain their plan and clarify things we would all appreciate it
