Another "Lecrone special" which since PTSC has not has a profitable quarter in years means it was a give away. Very possibly discounted to sell the other licenses. It is not like the PTSC board is really watching out for these things. They trust TPL run by Lecrone Sr. and Alliacense owned by Lecrone Sr and run by Jr. to simply do the right think! ROFLMAO!
