UNDR IS A TOTAL FRAUD AND HERE'S WHY!!!

I have not posted before on this message board because I have never felt the need. I now need to share some serious information that has come to my attention which shows UNDR to be nothing but an empty shell with not one thing of value. For years the only thing that UNDR has been touting of value was its license to use the acclaimed ATLIS Technology. Hell the UNDR company description above this board says that exactly! Well, those of you, like me, who have bought into that claim, have been totally misled. A friend of mine recently sent to me the description of the ATLIS patents on Google and told me I needed to look at them because it looked like they were not worth anything. I did take a look and what I found blew my mind. I also asked a friend of mine who is a patent attorney to take a look and give me his opinion, and here it is. This will make you sick to your stomach! It proves that UNDR is a TOTAL FRAUD!!!


For beginners, the most important patent, patent number 6,724,191 B1, expired on June 12 2012 due to failure to pay maintenance fees and cannot ever be renewed. All of the IP in that patent has now been returned to the public domain for anyone and his brother to use freely, effective more than two years ago. And to add insult to injury, that patent was assigned in 2009 to some guy named Clarence P. Lott III (probably a close buddy of Herbert Leeming and Bobby Goldman or more likely a fake person who is really Herbert Leeming or Bobby Goldman in disguise!!). So Admiralty did not have the right to assign that patent to UNDR anyway because it was not the last assignee in the chain of title, according to the patent office official records!!! This is a TOTAL FRAUD!!!


Moving on to the second most important patent, patent number 7,355,409 B2, the same thing has happened. That patent expired on May 29 2012 for failure to pay maintenance fees and cannot ever be reinstated. All of the IP in that patent has now been returned to the public domain for anyone to use freely effective May 29 2012 (expect to see hundreds of companies with their own ATLIS Technology soon!!!). And again Admiralty does not own that patent either. It was assigned to this Clarence P. Lott III (that name even sounds made up – Clarence P. Lott III – give me a break!!) in December 2009 and he is the last recorded assignee on the title records of the patent office. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!


Moving on to the third most important patent, patent number 7,705,598 B2, that patent expired on June 17 2014 for failure to pay maintenance fees, and the IP in that patent has also been returned to the public domain effective June 17 2014. UNDR has NOTHING!!! It is a FRAUD and it makes me SICK!!!


Now moving to patent number 7,126,323 B1. This patent is set to expire December 31 of this year for failure to pay the maintenance fees. It could be revived by paying the fees due before December 31, but only by the infamous Clarence P. Lott III (most likely Herbert Leeming and Bobby Goldman in disguise!!!), as he is the last recorded assignee in the chain of title to this patent as shown on the patent office records. The exact same thingfor this patent also applies to patent number 7,123,016 B2. It will expire this December 31 also and it can be saved only by Clarence P. Lott III (or whoever “Clarence” really is) paying the maintenance fees now due.
If you don’t believe me, take a look for yourself. It is clear as a bell when you take the time to read the Legal Events section at the bottom of the links!! It’s right there in the open!! We’ve all been screwed!!!

Now you may say as I did what about the representation that the patent rights were taken by NIR group or its trustee? Not so fast, I say.. According to my patent attorney friend, these guys did not file their so-called IP “foreclosure” with the patent office so they have nothing of value. And they can now do nothing to rescue the patents that have already expired and gone into the public domain and they are too late to file anything with the patent office now to rescue the last two. They, as my friend put it, slept on their rights if they ever really had any, and now are, how did he put it? Oh, yeah -- SOL!!! Just like we all are for believing in UNDR!!! It makes me SICK!!! If they have been trying to peddle those rights, they have been trying to sell something they did not have – all smoke and mirrors, just like the rest of UNDR!!!


But it doesn’t end there!! To make matters worse, my friend did some further checking and has determined that Admiralty never filed for international patent protection either which means that the only protection that the patents would have allowed anyway would have been protection of operations in the U.S. which these idiots have said was not even in the plan. So UNDR’s plans to do projects outside of the U.S. (which was all of them) would have given them no protection anyway from infringement by any party outside the U.S!! So, in a nutshell, even if the patents had not expired, they would had ZERO VALUE for UNDR!! And my friend pointed out the time to apply for international patents expired years ago for all of the ATLIS patents!!! This is a TOTAL FRAUD!!!


Bottom line – Either Herbert Leeming and Bobby Goldman have a combined I.Q. far less than 100 or they have knowingly been engaging in fraud and deceit!! I do not believe they are that stupid so I have to believe that they have DUPED all of us who have invested in UNDR and laughed all the way to the bank!!! UNDR has nothing of value – NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING!!! Herbert Leeming and Bobby Goldman should be put in jail asap and even tomorrow would not be too soon!!! WE MUST DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS TOTAL FRAUD!!!!!
