I mean your just overthinking it.

212DB is only merging with NYXIO for the capital. That's why the A/S is remaining in the billions. So they can issue shares to bigger banks.

I'm sure john Acunto will be on NYXIO's ass once everything is rolling for next year.

Pink sheets are late all the time, it's why they're shitty pinks in the first place, because they make simple mistakes like filing on time.
