What you just said was false, the O/S shares has been going up hundreds of millions and getting very close to the A/S. That's called dilution any way you look at it. Once NHPI has maxed out the shares outstanding they have an option of a reverse merger into another shell, or raise the A/S and continue to sell shares.

NHPI has ceased doing business they have no office, no representatives to speak too and the only income this shell produces is from selling it's own shares.

Trying to flip shares is one thing but pretending this empty shell operates any form of business is laughable
