This is their ONLY OBLIGATION if they want to keep trading and be listed in the pinks!

This does not prove that this company has any future nor that there is anything legit about it!

Heck just read the non deleted internal information and you will understand this is a scam!

The minimum filing requirement is enough so they can keep robbing the shareholders... Worth the minimal fist if the filing forsure!

I am curious on how the sec would react to such filing, which ends up being fraudulent...
