Marty's just doing what most penny stock CEOs do, that is to say and do anything to prop up the pps so he gets a better price for his stock. Selling stock is their primary business right now and has been for the last year or so. He doesn't give a damn about investors.

Investors should feel the same way about the company, they should buy low and sell high without regard to what the CEO says or does.

The only ones that got burned here were those who fell in love with this stock thinking it would make them rich. They need to learn the phycology of trading penny stocks.
