Aspyre just pushed out the launch date till spring of 2015.
I-Tap has been debunked.
Pot farm in Michigan can only have 12 plants for personal use and must pay 3 million a year to lease the farms.

From the Quarterly report filed on 10-31-2014 and looks like that fell through the cracks. Suspect they are waiting till the O\S is maxed so they can do a R\S in conjunction with the name change.

Halberd Corporation has changed its name to Tykhe Corporation effective 8/13/2014. The company is in the process of
applying for a name and symbol change with FINRA.
