Sean, appreciate what contributions you or anyone makes as they are pro bono. Q was disappointing to say the least as someone commented “paltry revs”. Official update has i/o at 9,759,856 and fully diluted at: “The Company currently has convertible debt, warrants and preferred stock which if converted as of September 30, 2014, would have caused diluted shares totaling 27,766,004,614 in pre-reverse split shares.”

From the end of Q2 until the R/S, the fully diluted share count had to have been between 20 and 50 billion shares. Could be between 80 and 200 million shares now.

Looks like the fully diluted shares are at the high end of my guestimate, maybe even above.

- 9,759,859x250= 2,440,000,000 pre-split i/o
-27,766,004,614÷ 250= 111,064,018 pre-split fully diluted ..... (?)
What is it going to take, what are the signals that will mark a return to a healthy SS and company?.
Is it too late to repair these imbalances?

Do you still need to see the math?

...my math should be checked or the term fully diluted re-visited as I have it nearer the low range of your guestimate.
