$$UBRG$$$ truly a underperformer at this point. Yet sadly I must say I have worse stocks than this. Fortunately a few of them are better too. Overall though when they or if they file ill be happy with this one again $$$UBRG$$ a fully sec non compliant company at the moment, with a revenue stream that generates negative numbers. Yet truly the negative #'s have been shrinking and the revenue has been growing so I take that as a sign of better days ahead. Plus the volume has consolidated. I feel the dilution phase has ended. No new shares have been issued for two years + I wonder why investors think profits are so important a non dividend paying company does not give you any of them anyway.$$$UBRG$$$$ so far sustainable model. Just need a report to trade more.$$$$UBRG$$$ REPORT PLEASE. $$$$$$ please remember the market price of any stock is only for the moment. In time tradeing will automatically generate price change. On the other hand so will a suspension. $$$UBRG$$$ has never been suspended. Unfortunately at this stage of the game . Please file. It might only take one well written complaint. As a stock holder that might be detrimental to my assets. Charges of underperformance might detriment theirs too. Even though I would not likely cause that . I cant. The sec can though should it choose to accept that path. They want to pay the national deficit too. For some reason though I like Vince's writeings or his writer. So I probably wouldn't act that nasty.
