Its hard to tell, but on the surface it appears to me that since the XL is to transport oil, (primarily from the environmentally atrocious oil sands...akin to the ravages of strip mining in Appalachia) the opportunities for CPST would be minimal. CPST's biggest opportunity IMO comes from areas like the Bakken that need a near-term solution to an existing problem. Beyond that, the implications of further penetration into the CHP and possibly transportation arena is essential longer-term. And then there's the significant headwinds from the current global economy that would benefit CPST if there's any improvement in that area. JMHO and GL.
