The problem with your one sided and narrow analysis is that it fails to take into account what the Federal Appeals Court is ACTUALLY looking at on the appeal. And its not the JURY DECISION. Its Grewals Markman Construction. Which is spot on and worlds more tech savvy than the ITC decision. Also, the ITC decision was influenced by bad lawyering by Jim Otteson and his crew of paid dummies. They missed an important deadline for the submittal of evidence,and the eveidence was not allowed to be admitted at the trial.
