revenues, again, are better than expected given the slow month of July in this Q. But margins disappoint.

Company produced 3.2m in gross profits for the first 9 months in 2013 (on 15m revenues). This year, they more than doubled the revenues during the same period, but gross profit declined to 2.6m

I can only speculate that they are pricing very aggressively (undercutting competition?) to acquire first business with new clients. That might explain the steep increase in revenues. But they are not working sustainably. Basic SGA expense is twice as much as their gross profit.
