To a newbie it may look great. I played this POS last year but smelled a fat rat and bailed while I was ahead. Then the CEO has all of his shares along with his wife's and friends converted to preferred C shares that are now convertible at 7 to one which equals 9 billion common shares for insiders that would become immediately tradable. It is all in the filings.
