Sorry if you must find it necessary to treat a simple statement of fact as an attempt to "win."

This board at it's best is for helping each other get an accurate understanding of the company and it's place in the world. Let's not treat it as a war between posters.

I hope you can see that my motive in posting was not to beat you, or to win something.

I posted that response because this is an important point bearing on the action of the FDA. It's important to realize that hundreds, if not thousands, of companies in the nutraceutical business, have been doing promotions involving claims of anti-inflammatory effect. This raises the question of why go after Star Scientific? Is it perhaps because their anti-inflammatory poses a much greater threat to the revenues of the FDA's clients? (see the literature on "Regulatory Capture")
