Not sure if the other reply answered your question since the NV SOS site is not working right now.

So, if you did get what you needed sorry for the answer. But here is what I did to get the actual documents I wanted from SOS.

If you want to view the actual document that was filed, then you need to file out a copy request form for the NV SOS. The first time I did this, I called the NV SOS, they were very helpful and nice. And quick, unlike CA SOS.

The copy of the doc is $2 a page. Actually not a terrible price considering I found a R/S under an "amendment". All the time the CEO was claiming "no R/S". Many docs are only 1 page so not a lot of money spent.

The whole thing can be handled online and they get the docs to you in about 2 days unless there is something crazy going on. I was going to give you the link but it appears the NV SOS site is still down.

You get the form, print it/fill it out, scan it in and send to the NV SOS via your email. You will be giving them your CC info. After the first one, it is easy.
