The boats didn't have any restrictive electronics like most cars. The generators at the DOD had the equivalent of an O2 sensor. Just as in the cars, the sensors are fooled into thinking they need to adjust the fuel flow when they sense a leaner burn. The product works! Never said it didn't. There are still many applications it can be applied to. But with no funds and so much mismanagement,legal problems and debt, this would take a miracle to resurrect.
