Come on, Gary. If there's not going to be any significant change in this Q what possible reason is there to delay it's filing?

It's pretty much a cut and paste job of your last Q.

The Company is unable to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2014 due to a delay in completing the financial statements required to be included therein which delay could not be eliminated by the Company without unreasonable effort and expense. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Company will file the Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 no later than the fifth calendar date following the proscribed due date.
