Earnest. There have not been any new shares issued here for 2 years. Note the volume. Would they dare market unregistered shares. Legal penalties are very stiff for that. If They sell unregistered shares they by law must file a 8-K stating that prior to doing it.MY OPINION The sec has tightened up on its enforcement. Risk of penny plays is great. The returns can be great too. Results vary. Don't bet more than you can lose. This trades.
