Now I've always enjoyed Laser's posts and fortitude. But that post is just the indicator of a phase change. What is this news?

Everyone talks about the hard effort and hard work that's been done by those who have the best intentions for all shareholders. But I know this, if I had employees who after years and years had great intentions but 0 results, well, sorry you'd be fired. your work has to be fruitful before I thank you for it.
