So if they don't have any windmills distributed, what would you have them advertise on the website?

You have to have things in motion before you advertise it on a website. Or it's make believe.

If I make a website and advertise that I'm an nhl hockey player would you believe me?

Now what if I had a website with proof of my being an nhl player. Wouldn't that be better?

Websites with here say do nothing.
