Earnest you cynical fella. A business license issue in Nevada exsists. $4500.00 would clear it. By my best research effort. It is a paperwork thing a missed administrative fileing. I am not a lawyer. Better yet I am not a judge. The stock is registered I am not going to Nevada any time soon. I cant even see Nevada from my house. All penny stocks have risks. If they trade the price changes. ANTE UP IF YOU LIKE. If not That be fine too.
