well I don't see any dilution, so this is part of the growth plan and it takes money. when they use it up they can split. until then, THEY HAVE TO USE IT TO BE BAD FOR SHAREHOLDERS, AND IN PINKLAND...USUALLY IT'S GOOD NOW A DAYS TO SPEND SOME MONEY. IMO DP
