NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO COMPEL DEPOSITION TESTIMONY AND INTERROGATORY RESPONSES
Defendants Verizon Services Corp., Verizon South Inc., Verizon Virginia LLC, Verizon Communications Inc., Verizon Federal Inc., Verizon Business Network Services Inc., and MCI Communications Services, Inc. (collectively, “Verizon”) hereby withdraw their Motion to Compel Deposition Testimony and Interrogatory Responses (Dkt. No. 186) filed on Friday, November 7, 2014. The parties have resolved the issues in dispute.
