Warning!!! Do Not Buy This Stock. This company has a long history of continuously increasing their authorized shares. They keep issuing more and more shares and then recklessly dump those shares at a time of their choosing, usually after a press release. As a result of this, the share price is driven down and ownership transfers from the common shareholder back to themselves. They do this over and over again. It is certain they will be reverse splitting this stock in the near future now that they have driven the share price down as low as it can go. I warn you as a past investor who has tracked this stock for the past 4 years. Also it is important to know, the common shareholder has No vote in this company. Meaning that the management can AND WILL increase shares or reverse split the stock any time they want. Even if every single common shareholder is in opposition of that decision. Also, managements personal holdings of common shares is practically nothing (this should cue you in on where their interests lie). Again... They have a pattern of increasing shares over and over again. The last 3 increases of shares happened within 3 months. Yes, that is not a typo.. 3 times within 3 months. and now that they have driven the share price as low as it will go, a reverse split is certain. That is so they can bring the price back up, reset the authorized share amount back to a reasonable level, and start it all over again. I'm not playing any angles here. I am a good man trying to help stop some of you from making the same mistake I did. Just remember... It does not matter how good or how much potential their product has (that's what I fell for). They will dilute you share of ownership with share increases and reverse splits and take it back away from you... THEY ARE SHAMELESS!
