I've been ranting about the misuse of the Berthold's for years.

From their ridiculous salaries to share issuances, to their employment agreement all for producing zero revenues since inception which I believe dates back to 2009.

Not to mention their incestuous relationship with inoHealth which is an equally pathetic company.

The sp, split adjusted for the sinful 1:50000 R/S in Jan of last year and the 1:500 R/S in 2010 would be $2.4M!

INOL should have neen suspended, at BEST, by the SEC long ago.
