The way I'm reading it: As the information began to flow in for the lawsuit, some things started to fall in place, and both sides realized that they were played by the "RICO group" (less Kritsky, obviously).

Stop and think about it: Without Kritsky's clout, both power via his license, his presence via his former position with RENU, and his persona, Lameira and company had nothing to start all this smear campaign on.

What Lameira obviously failed to consider, was that if and when Kritsky figured out he was being used, that Kritsky would do the "right" thing and would deal "face to face" and honestly with what was going on.

Shows that Kritsky is a man of honor, and is willing to do the "right" thing. He could have made this a long, drawn out drama, but instead chose to take it out of the court system, and deal with Nemes "mano a mano". Gotta respect a guy like that.
