Little caveat here. Discounting statistical mean, mode, average, and saying that ($12+$20)/2 = 16 x 40 x 52 = $33,280.00. per year.

Chances are that the average will be lower since there will probably be more laborers than top paying positions. I'm going to use a figure of $30,000.00.
