With all due respect, I don't think you would have access to information on offers that were made but not accepted.

Of course, with a normal CEO, we would have at least a decent chance of seeing that information as an 8-K material event. But not with our exemplary CEO.

Anyway, I think the quiet we perceive is possibly quite deceptive. Did you see Haddock's firing happening? That was kept pretty quiet, eh? My emails to him started bouncing MONTHS before the firing was announced, and things were stormy for a long time before they got to the point where Frasier was cutting his email access. But from where we sit, all of this stuff was kept quiet.

Same thing with outside offers. We will be the last to know, because Frasier cannot bring himself to admit that this is now a public company whereby he has all these shareholders who he is supposed to be treating fairly and honestly.
