RE: Texas Case

I agree with you that the court case was re-opened on the date you state (Apr 21) for the Final Disposition Hearing on Nov 24.

It just isn't worthwhile to debate the issue of the posting date. It does not really matter as the Final Disposition Hearing is scheduled for Nov 24 (that all agree is scheduled) and that is right around the corner. The notice of the Final Disposition Hearing schedule Nov 24 is the important point.

The Texas Case is an important case to follow as it could be a judgment against both Peter Villiotis personally and PVEC. With interest, attorney fees, original defaulted amount, etc ... in excess of $250,000.

We will just have to wait for Nov 24 and the public notices filed by the court or possibly one could contact Milan Saha, the PVEC attorney representing Peter and PVEC for insights.
