With all the comments regarding the former CFO, who actually was interim CFO only two weeks over three years ago....I bet if those accusations/comments were truthful...Peter really wishes he just honored his contract and paid the minor monies he owed the former CFO when Peter stole the former CFO wages due (wage theft). Didn't Al Capone serve prison time when his accountant turned evidence.

Mark my words, the true fire works are just about to start. Consider the investigations, IRS tax issues, Texas Court case, bankruptcy looming, etc.

It truly is a shame that shareholders did not take the former CFO's advice.... they would not be holding the bag today!
