The Rositano Bro's,....started with Zippi Networks traded on the OTCBB as ZIPZ, ZIPZ was a Mobilie Applications Company which included a dating app, went to Pinks.... this Stock was grossly diluted and with-in days after announcing a NO RS statement, they RS 1 for 1000's, hosed everyone...ZIPPI then became Mobile Matchmaking or MLOV, and landed another 2500 for 1 RS....a Year before the first RS we learned the Bro's started a private Company called Checkmate Mobile, in the same space as Zippi and Mobile Matchmaking, it was (Creating Mobile Apps)...totally wrong in my opinion, all the while having a Private App Company on the sidelines while dumping shares to their publicly trading commons, ....CheckMate Mobile they then SOLD to HKUP (Themselves), according to the filings....

Error on the side of caution, Billions to Dilute, JMHO !

Sept 29th, just prior to volume going up 10x the Bro's hired a Promotions group, according to the 8k in the filings, for 5000.00.

Trust the Rositano Bro's ??, IMHO, Nope, based on the History of the Shells squandered, they were building the private app company while screwing their Commons in their publicly traded app company.....at the same time....JMHO !

Will Need to check to see if they have set up ANOTHER PRIVATE Company to pour the technology into....while using YOUR Money to do it again ?
