Moscowitz won't pay the $12M. He will plead that he has no funds. The order will only require him to pay 10% of his monthly income towards this judgment, so it's doubtful he will ever pay more than a small fraction of the $12M.

Same as OJ's $30M settlement that he has never paid, except for the sale of some of OJ's personal property.
