he is now...the point is the value is in the company and it is still there and the stock price is low in relation to it...the initial thought was the meridian acquisition would do 3+mm in ebitda which is where I did my monkey math and said that bcke should be worth 10x minimum-std multiple is higher in waste mgmt-and put stock at $3.00 giving htsc the $.45 value
