As per recent correspondence with Chris G. ....

Trident will not be spun off until the end of this year (earliest).

This is because of current focus on "fiber opportuniy" which is in the 100's of millions of dollars.

No free dividend shares until Trident is spun off and actually trading. No info on any stock restrictions, if any.
