I cannot find it as a listed stock: http://www.hsbc.com.hk/1/2/hk/investments/mkt-info
Greg was told by the CFO that the CEO considered and rejected listing AIV on HK. The CEO prefers to list and promote his stock in North America. We may be getting impatient and "Things" could get worse before they get better for AIVI. But the CEO personally owns half the outstanding common stock of AIVI. So he will act either when he is ready or when the regulatory authorities force his hand. I think when a few big AIV stock holders capitulate and sell, he will be the biggest buyer. And then he can legally laugh all the way to the bank.
I just plan on riding his coat tails.
The company told me, after months of asking, that the OLED project is still moving forward, all be it slower than planned. But the government financing is still there otherwise we would have seen typical Pinksheet "pump and dump equity financing" by now.
I am still asking for more information about Nevada and financial reporting over here. Will be lucky to get answers by New Years if the past is any indication. When I hear the official news, it will be posted here immediately with the usual disclaimers and caveats.
The ones who preserve until the end will be saved...I hope.
