Why do people buy any of these penny stocks? 90% of them are just hype, they don't have anything or do anything. There are some assets to this company though; this is worth more than the .0008-.003 it's been trading at, imo.

Of course there are issues with the company, otherwise it would be trading on the NYSE @ $40/share.
