CTIX will get listed to the big boards this year WITHOUT RS. They dont need to do that, that's the beauty. And the S-3 for max. 75M$ is announced already. and this is not for retail, btw.

Anyway this is the CTSO board, so i stop talking about CTIX.

With todays news about an unnamed partnership i feel quite lucky, that i dont own shares in CTSO right now.What a mess ! i can only hope that the CEO is saving the meat on the bone for the Nasdaq CM - Time.

I still believe Cytosorb is a GREAT product with a bright future. but to force the uplisting right now is highly questionable IMO.
Very high RS, dilution, and the SHORT's coming after the uplisting is not what makes a happy shareholder. btw shorting on Nas CM is way easier than on the otcbb.......time will tell.

i hope for you CTSO can hold 20 cents before uplisting. this could get ugly. all IMO.
