The 40% had an up-front payment from Tullow of I think $27 million, plus a carry on the 1st well up to $100 million (your $37 million figure) and a carry up to $100 million on an appraisal well. IMO its becoming more likely given the current environment and investigations that the first well will not happen, at least not in time to "rescue" HDY. Big mess for sure. We shall see.
