I was looking through old files and found 500,000 shares of restricted stock of MDGC I bought back in 2009 for $10,000. It is worth a whopping $50 right now. Anyone ever take a loss on restricted shares before by selling restricted shares to a friend for $1.00? I hate to register them at a cost of $525 including opinion letter if I don't have to. I can use the losses this year after some big gains in 2014.
