Personally I tend to agree with your thoughts on valuation.

Generally speaking the space trades at 2.5X revenue and that's a pretty conservative multiple. Currently SilverSun is valued at just 1X if I'm correct and they are profitable.

If you simply assumed this company too deserves the same at minimum, then it should in theory be trading in the approximate 45-50 cent range plus or minus.

Upcoming financials should help us to better assess the magnitude to which the shares are undervalued.
