Yes, it sounds crazy, but here's why: Cyclone either has or will soon issue the last of their 900 Million authorized shares.
Shares Outstanding:
734,864,045 - as of September 30, 2014 (from the Cyclone Corp Info page.)
552,913,309 - as of August 10, 2014
181,950,736 new shares issued in 7 weeks, or about five million per trading day.
At that rate 900 million shares will be issued on or about November 10, 2014. (Yes, today.)
Apparently there has been enough demand to keep the price above a tenth of a penny in spite of the continuous dilution. If the dilution stops, the same demand should raise the price.
Or they'll file the paperwork to increase the number of authorized shares and keep diluting.
If a pump and dump is going to work, it better be done soon.
