The company was a scam from the start .. nothing really to take away - other then the money the insider crooks stole from share holders

And the very reason why SM filed BK .. any and all assets were ill gotten gains

The BK judge allowed the Chapter 7 and agreed with the SEC the company was basically worthless and an SEC fraud
